Last updated: October 15, 2026. This policy explains how Rally Medics LLC, a California limited liability company (“Rally Medics”, “we”), handles information you share through rallymedics.com.
Information we collect
- Event support requests: your name, email address, optional phone number, event or organization name, event dates, start/finish or region, approximate number of vehicles and participants, how you heard about us, and any message you write.
- Website usage: we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
- Spam protection: the form uses checks that run on our own website (for example, submission timing and a limit on submissions per connection). Your IP address is used briefly for that limit and is not stored with your request.
Please do not send medical or health information about anyone through this website or by email. We do not request it and do not need it to plan event support.
How we use it
We use request details only to reply to you, plan support for your event and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use them for marketing emails, newsletters or text messages. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the website and email on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting and business email) and Google (a Gmail account that receives a backup copy of requests only while we switch to our business mailbox). We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep support requests for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we need them longer for an event we are supporting or a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email requests@rallymedics.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
